SEEDS is Hiring a Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will report to the President and work closely with the Board, Officers, and Committee Chairs. The Program Coordinator will help manage the Association's operations, systems, communications, social media, activities, general NFP administration, and support membership.

This part-time independent contractor position (1099) is approximately 15 hours per week and offers a base pay of $1,000-$1,500 per month.


The Society for Ethics for Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) is a nonprofit group created for all U.S. agencies to have a voice in defining a set of ethical standards for egg donation and surrogacy programs. We are working to self-regulate and offer the best ethical standards for all parties, including our clients, clinics, donors, surrogates, children and others in our industry.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support ongoing operations, administration, and help drive the organization
  • Develop and disseminate promotional and informational materials, both print and web-based
  • Maintain Association member database (Wild Apricot), website, and social media sites; help coordinate publication of Association newsletter
  • Help with communication across multiple platforms
  • Attend meetings support as required
  • Assist with implementation and execution of strategic plans for the Association
  • Help promote and manage Association membership activities, including advertising membership opportunities, engaging potential new members, managing current membership through the database or other systems, collecting dues, coordinating and marketing member benefits, and other duties as needed
  • Support the in-person and virtual conferences
  • Help support and maintain the organization's e-learning portal
  • Submit reports on duties performed as instructed
  • Perform other duties as instructed
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have the needed skill set to succeed in the role. A broad-based background to include:
  • Interested in making a personal impact and help the organization thrive
  • Technology savvy with experience managing Wild Apricot websites, membership databases, and forums
  • Strong in graphic design, social media communications
  • Professional verbal and written skills that can work directly with members and executives
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Have a track record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, and integrity
  • Natural problem solver who can deliver solutions
