COVID PROTOCOLS
- Temperature checks both days before entering.
- Masks will be required at all times when indoors.
- Self rapid COVID test on the first day of the event. The test will be administered at the event during registration. Attendees are to bring an approved at-home test to the event.
- All attendees will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated. The attendee must be fully vaccinated and have had the latest dose of the vaccine or booster within the last twelve months. Or must have proof of being fully vaccinated at some point and show acceptable written proof of a professionally done antibody test within three months of the event.

SEEDS Members
Members, when registering you must use the email address your SEEDS account is associated with. It is the only way our system can see that you are a paid member.
- $270: Early Bird Registration* ends on February 25, 2022
- $310: Regular Registration* ends on March 18, 2022
- $400: Late Registration* ends on March 29, 2021 and must be paid by credit card.
- $450: Same-day registration** and must be paid by credit card.
Non-Members
- $320: Early Bird Registration* ends on February 25, 2022
- $360: Regular Registration* ends on March 18, 2022
- $450: Late Registration* ends on March 29, 2022 and must be paid by credit card.
- $500: Same-day registration** and must be paid by credit card.
*Registration closes at midnight of the ending period.
**Registration closes at midnight on March 29th, 2022, and only Same-Day Registration will be available thereafter.
Registration fees include:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Lunch & Coffee breaks
- Cocktail Party on Friday evening
Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation requests received after February 25th, 2022, will not be refunded.
Schedule & Speakers
We are pleased to announce our Keynote Speaker Professor Susan Golombok! She is Professor of Family Research, Director of the Centre for Family Research at the University of Cambridge and Professorial Fellow at Newnham College. Her research examines the impact of new family forms on parenting and child development, specifically lesbian mother families, gay father families, single mothers by choice and families created by assisted reproductive technologies including in vitro fertilisation (IVF), donor insemination, egg donation and surrogacy. Professor Golombok will be sharing her insights and research findings on third party reproduction and its impact on familial relationships.
