SEEDS 2024 Spring Conference: Registration is Open!
Conference registration is here! Please read this message in its entirety as there is important information regarding no hotel room block.
Based on feedback from previous conferences, more networking time has been added to the schedule. Day 1 of the conference starts later in the day and will allow us to have brunch together before delving into conference topics. The cocktail party will be on-site at the Gaylord following the end of Day 1.
Day 2 starts with a Hive Mind Breakfast – an open mic will be available to help facilitate conversations and discussions together. We’ll have an extended lunch with no round table topics this time around. At the completion of the SEEDS conference, we’ll have reservations at 10 different restaurants in Downtown Denver on Friday evening. More sign up details to come!
On a different note, we regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to secure enough rooms in the hotel block to accommodate all conference attendees. We understand the importance of convenient accommodations for your experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
However, we have identified several alternative lodging options in close proximity to the conference venue. You can find more information about these alternatives on the conference webpage (scroll down to see the list) or feel free to reach out to us directly for assistance.
We encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible, as availability in the area during the conference dates may be limited.

Members-only early bird rates are available for a short time! When registering, you must use the email address your SEEDS account is associated with. It is the only way our system can see that you are a SEEDS member.

Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation requests received after May 1st, 2024, will not be refunded.
